Registration / Inscription 2011-2012
Your Registrations options for the 2011-2012 season are as follows:
- You can register in person on one of the following dates/locations :
Saturday August 20, 2011 in the gymnasium at the Kirkland Sports Complex, 16950 Boul. Hymus, Kirkland, Quebec between 9:00am and 12:00pm. We will coaches present on this day to provide guidance if needed.
or
Saturday September 10, 2011 at the Kirkland Library, 17100 Boulevard Hymus, Kirkland, Quebec between 10:00am and 13:00pm.
or
- You may also register by mail. Simply fill in the form and attach your cheque and mail it to :
Kirkland Figure Skating Club, P.O. Box 40520, Kirkland, Quebec, H9H 5G8
or
- you can drop off your registration form and cheque in our mail box at the rink. Our mail box is located rink side, behind and to your left inside the entrance of the ice rink. Make sure you put the envelope in our Mail box.
Voici les diverses façons de vous inscrire à la saison 2011-2012 :
- En personne, à une des dates et endroits suivants :
Samedi 20 août 2011 dans le gymnase du Complexe sportif de Kirkland, au 16950 Boul. Hymus, Kirkland, entre 9 h et 12 h. Des entraîneurs seront présents ce jour-là pour vous conseiller s'il y a lieu.
ou
Samedi 10 septembre 2011 à la bibliothèque de Kirkland, au 17100 Boul. Hymus, Kirkland, entre 10 h et 13 h.
ou
- Vous pouvez aussi vous inscrire par la poste. Remplir le formulaire et le poster avec votre paiement (chèque) au: Club de patinage artistique de Kirkland, Case postale 40520, Kirkland, Québec, H9H 5G8.
ou
- vous pouvez déposer votre formulaire d'inscription dûment remplie et votre chèque dans notre boîte aux lettres située à l'intérieur de l'aréna. Notre boîte aux lettres identifiée au nom de CPA Kirkland est située dans l'aire intérieure de la patinoire, sur le mur à votre gauche de l'entrée de la patinoire. Assurez-vous de déposer votre enveloppe dans notre boîte.
